I am passionate about my profession because
I love what I do!
I get to have fun everyday at work and make people beautiful. I get to be creative, and the biggest reward is when you color and cut someone's hair and change them in such a positive way that they feel extremely good about themselves....and additionally, I also get to travel all over the world for education and get to see current trends and fashion! |
I went to International Institute of Hair Design and was trained by world famous and Goldwell North American Guest Artist Ron Hawkins. I also had the opportunity to travel with Ron to Paris, France for hair competition.
I love color; cutting; brazillian keratin treatments; and color correction (anything color)
I have:

completed training with Tony and Guy for haircutting.

Goldwell color training in both Baltimore and Toronto, CA academies
have done photo shoots and been published in several hair magazines which are national photos. (Hair Winners 2009; Celebrity Hairstyles 2009)

also specialize in makeup and has been published for bridal makeup in Southern Bridal and Groom magazine.

been with Doug going on 8 yrs and completed all of Doug's training before ever hitting the floor. I assisted for Michelle Tabbert for 1 year before styling hair on my own.
I love spending time with family, traveling, (NYC ,Toronto, CA, Paris, France; Baltimore, MD. I lived most of my life and grew up in Chicago, IL and then lived in Pennsylvania 3 yrs before moving to Raleigh 10 yrs ago.) dancing, being silly with friends, music, lakehouse @ Gaston, watersports, my dog (westie), Roxy, fashion, and overall I am very social!
